At Premier Aesthetic & Laser Centre we strive to ensure the highest quality
of care, safety & comfort.
We respect our client’ privacy. Private information, including email addresses are not sold to 3rd party solicitors. We do send emails and text messages (with permission) to ensure that our clients have access to our great offers and events. Clients can elect to decline these notifications.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24 hour notice.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to allow for check in and any possible clothing changes. For your safety we need to know what is new in your life (paperwork, medical history, etc.) before your treatment. Late clients may be asked to reschedule or their treatment time may be shortened.
Gift cards are required at the time of service and must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
Gratuity is accepted for aesthetician treatments only. Gratuity is not included in your treatment fee or gift certificate.
We accept cash, checks, gift cards, gift certificates and major credit cards.
Exchange of Packages
When purchasing a package, a discounted rate is given at the time of purchase. The packages are NONFUNDABLE. However, should you choose during your course of treatment to opt for a different service any remaining balance may be applied to a different treatment.
Service Refunds: Services rendered cannot be refunded. Product Refunds: Returns for credit only.
**Products returned UNOPENED within 30 days will receive a full refund.
**Products returned OPENDED within 7 days will receive a full refund in the form of credit.
